An interesting sociological study that confirms what we'd expect...
that preschoolers, if asked to have Barbie shop for a social evening would choose cigarettes and/or alcohol if that's what the kids saw around the parents do. No surprises, but still something parents should always be keeping in mind.
For my part I'm wondering what would happen if they were to broaden the selection in the faux store and shifted the sampling to, say, San Francisco...
