I haven't done any blogging posts on current and streaming media since November 3rd, which broke a streak of weekly ones that had been going since September of 2019 - albeit as part of a different, group, blog. As with many such inactions, it wasn't intended as a formal stoppage, just a momentary delay, but here it is five weeks later. This post's linking theme is the return of fondly-remembered characters. It really should include the recent arrival to streaming of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny over on Disney+, but I haven't really mustered my reactions to that. Instead, I'll stick with two other nostalgic items that arrived this week. Yesterday saw the arrival of the season finale, episode ten, of Kelsey Grammar's return of Frasier Crane in the 2023 iteration of Frasier , over on Paramount+. The series picked up on the titular character in the present, whom we haven't seen since his 11-season first series wrapped in mid-May

It's going to depend on if I have employment. Plus, it's on a Saturday, when I have to take the wife to work just before 5am and pick her up around 1pm. So if I do participate, that's gonna take a chunk of time out of it.
Plus if you do it at one of the locations there's the having someone drive you home so you don't drive sleepy. I know you can do it anywhere, but participating where others are doing it (even for a little while) sounds fun, and there's the encouragement of your fellow artists.
Realistically judging my illustration skills, though, I anticipate I'll be using my computer for too much of the process, and I won't want to try to load my tools onto my wife's laptop and also deprive her of that use for a day. None of that would address issues of printing and/or scanning.
So, at this stage I'm expecting to be doing it solo if I'm going to do it. That's 3 1/2 weeks away (and also happens to be the next Legends deadline, so I'll need to get that out of the way), so I'll make my decision about it once I'm close enough to that weekend to be reasonably sure it'll be clear.
(Glad to see you've made it back to the keys.)
As for 24 Hour Comics Day I'll have a much better idea of whether or not I'm going to be able to swing that... about three weeks from now. If I do it I'll scan and post the results.
I'll look forward to updates on topic. Honestly.
